The United States Government spends Billions of dollars every year studying problems.

We have rising obesity, traffic congestion, and global warming.

Our government only has plans to manipulated their tax base. Obesity? Tax foods. Traffic Congestion - create Hot Lanes (new taxes). Global Warming....here comes the carbon tax.
